My Favorite Blushes! [Swatches and Reviews]

Hey guys! Sorry I haven't posted for a couple days! In this post, I am listing my favorite blushes. I wear them year round! I think I am going to do a post how certain colors of blushes and how they are applied give a different vibe for each look. I have similar posts on highlighting and bronzing. Check those out in the archive column please or click the links I give at the end of the post! Thanks so much for reading <3

Blush #1
Name: "Melba"
Brand: MAC
Type: Powder Blush
Finish: Matte
Price: $19.50

MAC's "Melba" is a neutral flesh-toned pink with a Matte finish. I ADORE this blush! I use this when I need a wash of color but do not want to overdo it. This is the perfect partner to an intense eye look. The rosy flush is so natural and gives a warm look to my face! I love this so much.

Blush #2
Name:"Orgasm"
Brand: NARS
Type: Powder Blush
Finish: Shimmer/Glitter
Price: $27

NARS "Orgasm" is a cult favorite. It is the most popular blush in the world! (literally...) Now, this is not the reason I like it, but I did try it because of it's impeccable reputation. NARS is a little on the pricey side, but this blush is totally worth it. The smooth texture and application of this blush is amazing! "Orgasm" is a peachy pink coral with gold shimmer. I think its just a great blush overall!

Blush #3
Name: "Lillium"
Brand: Stila
Type: Convertible Color Dual Lip and Cheek Cream
Finish: Glow
Price: $25

Favorite blush for this summer! I'm really into cream blushes to achieve a healthy glow on my skin. This blush is so pigmented!! "Lillium" is a creamy baby pink. It can be hard to blend if too much product is applied at one time, so use sparingly! I use a MAC duo fiber brush or my fingers. What I love most about this blush is that it makes my face look so smooth.

Blush #4
Name: "Daisy"
Brand: Stila
Type: Convertible Color Dual Lip and Cheek Cream
Finish: Matte
Price: $10 (came in a set)

This color is a little crazy for me, but it is too beautiful not to mention. I love that it is so true to its color in the pan. Usually, hot pink blushes or lip glosses show up sheer once swatched... But this cheek cream is totally opaque! I have to use this lightly if I dare put it on my face because of the intensity of this color. I can build up an intense cheek that is totally crazy, or lightly blend the product so that a beautiful flush is created. Love it!

Blush #5 and 6
Name: "Glow" "Innocence"
Type: Natural Radiance Blusher
Finish: Slight shimmer
Price: $1!!!

Love this! ELF's Natural Radiance Blushers are only a dollar which is crazy. There is a small amount of product, but it is a lot less expensive than any other larger blush in terms of dollars per ounce. "Glow" is a light coral sheen and "Innocence" is a barely there pink. I am putting these both in one description because they give a similar effect on my skin. They radiate more of a cool-toned glow than a warm summery effect like Stila's "Lillium." If you do not want to splurge on blush but are still looking for a good quality product, go checkout ELF!!

Blush #7
Name: "Coralista"
Brand: Benefit
Type: Box Powder
Finish: Shimmer
Price: $28

My favorite coral blush of all time! "Coralista" has an irresistible velvet texture and awesome aroma. I love using this to warm up and brighten my face! It has a slight shimmer which adds some shine (the good kind!) to my makeup look. I would wear this with a bronze eyeshadow look.
